Get A Grip OT contacted me and set up an appointment to come to my mom's house on 12/19/2022 to do an overview. She was very professional and pleasant and took time to listen to our needs. She was a joy to work with and to me she made my mom and me feel like we were her only concern. I wasn't sure when the contractors would be out to do the work and to my surprise they called the next day and came out on 12/22/2022. The technician was very professional and pleasant. He installed a stair lift, grab bars and a tub lift with a super pole. He did an excellent, excellent job.

I rented a stair lift for two months from Get A Grip while my father was visiting us. I called around thinking I would have to buy one but Mark explained the rental option, and walked me through over the phone how to measure.

We have a longer-than-normal stair case so it took him a day to find the right size unit. But Mark arranged to have it installed the following day. Nick came out to install and he was punctual, very courteous, professional and patient in explaining how to use and maintain. He spent enough time to make sure my dad felt safe and was comfortable riding it. The unit was very solid and worked well although it was a used one. After two months, I called and Nick again came out to remove the unit. I enjoyed the experience. Their customer service is superb. I would highly recommend.
