We are delighted with the work Get a Grip did for us.  We had an idea of what we needed but Alex came out, checked out our needs, and then made great suggestions.  Then he gave us a detailed menu of projects so we could choose which we wanted to do.  When he and his team showed up to do the work, they were clean, efficient and did absolutely beautiful work. Went to the showroom and the employee there was very helpful and even made sure that a stair lift was indeed what we needed and offered other solutions. The installers were quick and courteous and did such a great job with the installation. They even took off their shoes when they noticed we were a no-shoes-indoors house. Get a Grip installed some safety grab bars in our bathroom and an extra railing in our stairway. They did an excellent job and everything looks great! Alex S. was extremely kind and thoughtful when evaluating our home. He really put thought into what features we would need for our specific situation and made several suggestions, but at the same time put absolutely no pressure on us to do everything that was discussed. I have utilized the services of Get A Grip Construction Services twice. On both occasions, the installers were a pleasure to have in the home. They arrived on time and slightly ahead of schedule. They call when they are on the way and are very accommodating of your time. The stair railings and shower stall installation was done professionally and with a consultation to match the desired look and functionality.  These items were installed for my elderly father, and the team was very adept and gave suggestions that would be best for placement to accommodate instability and safety and best practices for accessibility. A second installation was the placement of a commode extender to raise the height and safety bars to assist with seating and rising. This was a welcomed feature, previously suggested by the crew. From the initial contact with Oppong to the scheduling, installation, and payment, were all very easy and made the experience a joy to deal with a company that strives for good service and customer satisfaction. Thank you to Alex and Ronaldo for the excellent installation and service. I will use the services of Get A Grip Construction Services if needed. I would highly recommend the company.
